German Torres is a director by way of skateboarding and humble beginnings in a working class Mexican American neighborhood in Texas.

It was through creating DIY skateboarding videos as a teen that influenced his dynamic filmmaking style and his love for capturing portraits of humans in motion.

He’s never been afraid to break the rules; often blurring the lines between fiction and non-fiction. German approaches every project with empathy and the intention of telling an inspiring story with captivating imagery.
